You don’t have to do it alone

Yet even if you could, you will get there faster with a coach

Overwhelmingly, neurodivergent people are honest people who always live in the moment yet they are also poor observers of themselves. They are prone to falling into cycles—virtuous or vicious alike—and have a very hard time doing anything but tightly embracing their esoteric natures. Without the correct structures put in place and devoid of accountability, so much valuable time, efforts, and resources are lost.

But through careful analysis of the idiosyncracies of an individual’s neurodiversity through an extended period of time, it is possible to craft the ideal structure within the boundaries of which one can flourish consistently without relapses. However unique your neurodivergent brain may be, there are so many others like you out there. We can use the science of those collective experiences to make you more compatible with the rest of the world, in a way that you like, allowing you to perform your superpowers as often as you please without being sabotaged by your superweaknesses.

I help autistic individuals, people who have ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, or myriad other neurodivergent traits. While still rooted in traditional psychotherapy, this type of counseling also non-traditionally involves more direct coaching and plenty of psychoeducation on the neuroscience of living life with this type of an innately idiosyncratic brain. That just is how the neurodivergent cookie might need to crumble from time to time and is the exact reason as to why such brains require specialized therapy.
